Hi! I have a Multi Select question like this:
Question A: Please choose

  • Option 1: Answer A
  • Option 2: Answer B
  • Option 3: Answer C

If they choose “Answer A” they should see the message specifically for the “Answer A”

Can I set a specific message to which specific options they choose?

Yes, you can present customized answers depending on the option chosen. That would be possible by using our Logical Jump feature - Collect.chat Help Center

In order to use Logical Jump, you need to be presenting a Multi Choice question, not Multi Select - Collect.chat Help Center
