Does anyone know if it is possible to integrate collect.chat function in instapage today easily ?

Our chatbot works by adding a code snippet to your site.
Here in this article, Instapage shows you where to add such code snippets for widgets. You have to paste it under Settings > HTML/CSS, in the Body section
