# What is Collectchat’s Fair Usage Policy (FUP)?

At Collectchat, we aim to provide a reliable and scalable experience for all
users. To ensure platform stability and fair access, we apply a Fair Usage
Policy across certain features.


RESPONSES

Each account includes a fair usage limit of 50,000 responses per month.

If your usage consistently exceeds this limit, we review such cases individually
and will increase the limit at no additional cost, depending on your use case.


FORMS

You can create up to 500 forms per account under our Fair Usage Policy.


WORKSPACES

There are no limits on the number of workspaces you can create. You are free to
organize your projects as needed.


TEAM MEMBERS

Each workspace can have up to 50 team members.
