# Why my Google Sheets integration is not working?

If you notice that your Collectchat integration with Google Sheets is not
working as expected, kindly check the following:


CHECK IF YOU'RE TESTING WITH COMPLETE RESPONSES

If you turned on Email Notifications
[https://collect.chat/help/article/1019-email-notifications] for complete
responses only, then incomplete responses will not show up on your Google Sheet.
If you wish to see all the responses, you need to turn on the email
notifications for incomplete responses as well.




CHECK IF YOUR SHEET IS DELETED

Sometimes, your Google Sheet may have been accidentally deleted. Please check
and make sure that is not the case.

HOW TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM?

When your Google Sheet integration is not working, here are some steps to
resolve it:


RESET THE CONNECTION

Use the disconnect button to disconnect your connection. And then reconnect.







Note

 * Each time you disconnect and reconnect, a new Google Sheet is created. You
   can still access the previous sheets in your Google Drive.
   
   

 * Data not sent to your Google Sheet during a connection issue will remain
   unsent. Only new data will be sent after resetting the connection.


REMOVE GOOGLE PERMISSIONS AND THEN RECONNECT

Remove collectchat from https://myaccount.google.com/connections
[https://myaccount.google.com/connections] and then reset the integration.
