# File Upload Type

If you need users to upload a file during conversation, we have an advanced
question type that you can use; File Upload type.

 * Any file up to 10 MB in size can be uploaded.

 * Only one file can be uploaded per question.


CLICK

Click or drag & drop the File Upload type inside Questions.




EDIT

Click on edit to customize.



Once you are done making changes, click on save.




CHECK

Click on preview and see how it looks.



Note



All uploaded files are deleted after 6 months from the day of upload. Kindly
make arrangements to backup the data from your end. After 6 months, the files
cannot be recovered.



Tip





 * Click on the arrow icon next to publish to restore to previous version.
   
   

 * Once you click on publish, all pending changes will become live on your form.
