# Team Collaboration

Use team collaboration feature to invite team members to your workspace in
Collectchat.


WORKSPACE

You can create workspaces in Collectchat to organize your forms. Just think of
them as folders. Click on new workspace to create a new workspace.





ADD YOUR TEAM

In every workspace you can add your team members and give them permission to
view or edit.

The invited user will get an email containing the invite link. Once they accept
the invitation, they can access your dashboard, depending on the permission you
gave them.

There are 3 roles a user can have in a workspace. The roles and permissions for
each role are as follows:
